The Dashboard
The Dashboard homepage is your command center. This is the first place you land after logging in. It provides an immediate overview of your activity and key metrics, giving you quick access to everything you need. You can easily access your dashboard here: https://birbai.com/dashboard
Here is what you will find:
Quick Stats: View essential usage data, including the total content generated and your current balance of Word, Image, and Transcription Credits remaining.
Recent Activity: A list of the last few pieces of content you created or projects you worked on.
Feature Shortcuts: Direct links to the most popular tools, such as the Text Generator, Image Generator, or Template Library, so you can start a new project quickly.
Account & Billing: A summary of your current plan, subscription status, and links to manage your account details and billing information.
In short, the Dashboard is designed to keep your workflow fast and efficient, providing a snapshot of your progress and the quickest routes to your tools.
⚙️Templates
The Templates section is where you go to generate specific content quickly. It features a library of specialized templates organized into categories like Text, Social Media, Website, and Developers. Instead of writing from scratch, you can choose a template (like Twitter Thread Generator or Blog Article), input a few details, and the AI will create exactly what you need. This makes content creation fast, targeted, and highly efficient.
📝 AI Documents
The AI Documents section is your central hub for creating, viewing, and managing all of your text-based content.
This is where you view all your generated documents. All your content is automatically saved and appears as a list here, creating a complete history of your past work.
Generate AI Document
To generate new text, you begin by clicking the Generate AI Document button. On the creation page, you will first set the Name for your document and choose the Document Type, which corresponds to one of the available templates (for example, Summarize). After inputting your content details and setting the output Language, you click Create to generate your new document.

The AI Images section is where you manage all your visual content. Here, you can view your complete image history and easily create new images using the integrated AI generator. This hub allows you to quickly access past creations and start new visual projects with a prompt.
Creating AI Images
To create a new image, click on the Generate AI Image button. On the creation screen, you must first give your project a Name and provide a detailed Image description of exactly what you want the AI to generate. For quick results, you only need to write your description and select the desired Image size. For more detailed and customized visuals, use the optional controls such as Art style, Artist, Lighting style, and Mood to fine-tune the final look of your image before generating.
✨ AI Upscaled Images
The AI Upscaled Images section is dedicated to improving the quality and resolution of your visuals. If you have a small or low-resolution image, you can use this tool to increase its size and detail without losing clarity, making it perfect for printing or large displays. All images you upscale will be saved and listed here.

The AI Removed Background Images section provides a quick and powerful tool to automatically remove the background from any photo. Simply upload an image, and the AI will isolate the main subject, leaving you with a clean image that has a transparent background. This is perfect for product photos, profile pictures, or creating custom graphics. All your edited images are saved and available for viewing here.

The AI Replaced Bg. Images section allows you to quickly and easily change the background of any image. This tool utilizes AI to automatically replace the existing setting with a new background of your choice, letting you move your subject to any scene or environment you can imagine. All images you edit are saved and available for viewing here.
How to Use
To quickly change the background of any image, you only need to follow a few steps in this section:
Name: Give your new image project a unique name.
New background description: In this crucial field, describe to the AI exactly what you want the new background to look like (e.g., "A stunning sunrise at the beach, including palm trees and a summer vibe").
Original image: Upload the image of the subject whose background you want to replace.
Once you click Create, the AI will isolate your subject and place it into the new scene you described. All your newly created images are saved here for easy access.

💬 AI Chats
The AI Chats section is your direct line to the Birb AI General Assistant. This is where you can ask any question, brainstorm ideas, and get instant answers. All your conversations are automatically saved and accessible in your chat history, allowing you to effortlessly return to any previous discussion right where you left off. This ensures your research and brainstorming sessions are always available for later reference.
🎤 AI Speech to Text
The AI Speech to Text section is a powerful transcription tool that converts any audio file directly into editable text. Simply upload an audio file (such as a recording of a meeting, interview, or lecture), and the AI will accurately transcribe the spoken words, saving you hours of manual work. All your transcriptions are automatically saved here for viewing and export.
🗣️ AI Text to Speech
The AI Text to Speech section transforms your written content into natural-sounding audio. Simply paste your text, select your preferred voice, language, and gender, and the AI will generate high-quality audio perfect for voiceovers, podcasts, or accessibility features. All generated audio files are saved here for easy listening and download.
📁 Projects
The Projects section is your organizational tool for keeping all your AI-generated content neat and grouped. You can add new projects here to categorize related documents, images, and transcripts. This feature also allows you to filter your entire history of AI Documents and other content created with BirbAI, helping you manage large workflows by letting you quickly locate all files pertaining to a single campaign, client, or topic.
